eTelecommunication
Today, enterprises struggle with the daunting task of understanding and controlling their telecommunications costs. Organizations receive billing information from telecom carriers, electronic infrastructure vendors, and other service providers in a variety of formats including CD-ROM, magnetic tape, and paper. Furthermore, the providers all have different charging structures, discounts, run-rate measurements and intricate contracts, which makes it virtually impossible to make well-informed management decisions.
These services are traditionally distributed around the world on a regional basis, and the technological, architectural, contractual and process-related differences between the carriers lead to a complex maze of charges, fees, and contractual obligations for both international and national organizations. Although most major carriers have tried to deploy electronic billing and call detail information, the majority of these point solutions have been unsuccessful due to their inability to work with multiple billing periods, multiple services and vendors, or to disseminate information throughout the enterprise.
Our Business Intelligence (BI) system allows organizations to consolidate, analyze, and report on all of their telecommunication information. Using data from a variety of communication channels, organizations can truly realize the value of this information and significantly reduce the cost of maintaining and supporting even the largest, most diverse electronic infrastructures.
There are 4 main components in our e-Telecom solution :
- eTelecom Analyzer - the data from various data sources can be analyzed using a range of statistical and data mining techniques, including cluster analysis, and sequential analysis or pattern matching. The views may be created, refined and saved for future viewing.
- eTelecom Alert - enables users to customize the ¡¥Alert¡¦ criteria, which are used to automatically highlights specific events.
- eTelecom Budget - provides a system for detailed communications budgets, including the creation of the initial budget, dissemination to all budget holders, version control and comparisons, data spreading and allocation algorithms, and text annotations.
- eTelecom Reports - provides a set of management reports, both standard and customized.
